Justin Bieber: Marge Helgenberger Regrets..., Justin Bieber music

Reblogged from celebs.gather.com

Justin Bieber seems to have women coming out of the woodwork at every opportunity making bizarre statements. Oh well, at least the latest one to jump on the JB free publicity wagon isn't accusing him of anything. And unlike fame and/or money grubber, Mariah Yeater, she's already an established star. Yes she's baa-aack. Marge Helgenberger, the star of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation has popped up to say she regrets calling Justin Bieber a brat back in the day circa last year. The actress says she made the brat comment during a "silly" interview with a French radio station. After shooting only one scene with the Biebs, Helgenberger remarked: "He never acted before. I mean, I shouldn't be saying this but he was kind of a brat. He locked one of the producers in the closet, and he put his fist through a cake that was on the cafeteria table." Recently, however, in an interview with Newbeat, Helgenberger called her remarks "inappropriate," and admitted that she regrets them. In fact, she implied that she exaggerated the Biebs' "brat-like" behavior as a kind of joke. '"Justin - there was one little scene in which we were together," Helgenberger reminisces, "Actually, he was really sweet to me. Comments [kind of brat] I made at one point, I regret saying them - not that they weren't true, I said it as part of the interview, being sort of silly. I think he's a very talented kid." So there you have it. the question is: what caused Marge Helgeneber to have this sudden change of heart about Justin Bieber--especially after so much time has elapsed? Does she perhaps feel sorry for him because of his current problems with the Mariah Yeater paternity suit scandal? Or is she simply taking advantage of the free publicity? What do you think? © Hope Carson 2011 Hope Carson is the author of 2 books: A Roaring Girl: An Interview with the Thinking Man's Hooker and A Thousand and One Night Stands: The Life of Jon Vincent.
